All industrial and intellectual property rights for the website www.smartbot.es and, as well as the elements contained on the same (including images, sound, audio, video, software and text, among others) belong to SMARTTEK DEVICES S.L. or to third parties where applicable.
The USER may display these images, and even print, copy, or store them on their computer’s hard disk or any other physical means as long as this is done exclusively for personal and private use. Distribution and use for commercial ends is therefore expressly prohibited, as is any modification, alteration or decompilation.
1.- The SMARTTEK DEVICES S.L. web site supply access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (henceforth to be referred to as "the content") on the Internet belonging to third parties, to which the USER may have access. Although SMARTTEK DEVICES S.L. acts in good faith, it is not responsible for the editing of said content nor directly or indirectly responsible for complaints deriving from the quality, trustworthiness, exactness or correctness of the same.

3.- SMARTTEK DEVICES S.L. reserves the right to effect modifications to its web sites where and when it considers fit, without prior notification. SMARTTEK DEVICES S.L. may change, delete or add to content and services offered on its web sites as well as the form in which they appear or the places in which they are located on said sites.
4.- SMARTTEK DEVICES S.L. will persecute any failure to comply with these conditions, as well as any unauthorised use of its web sites, exercising all criminal and civil penalties which may apply.
